It’s the time of year when travel advisors are setting goals to reach new heights in their travel businesses. Training, education and sharpening business skills are an important part of that journey.
To that end, enrollment in the upcoming Travel Market Place 2020 has been record breaking. As of this week, there are less than 50 attendee spots left for Travel Market Place West, which is taking place on Mar. 9-10, 2020, at the JW Marriott Parc hotel in Vancouver.
According to Geraldine Ree, executive director, Travel Market Report, who oversees the Canadian shows, “At this pace, we expect to be sold out by Jan. 15 or sooner.”
Looking ahead to the Toronto show, on June 17-18, the pace is 100% ahead of last year, which sold out a week before the show, said Ree.
Travel Market Place, hosted by Travel Market Report, in partnership with ACTA, is a one-of-a-kind industry event dedicated to frontline advisors who need a boost in one or more areas of their business repertoire. The four-track workshop program has something for every travel advisor, covering key strategies in sales, marketing, niche/specialization, performance and goal-setting.
According to Ree: “What makes this show unique is the vibrant energy between our agenda and our audience. It’s fast paced and razor focused on making a difference to travel advisor success. From industry leaders who share thought-provoking lessons from the top, to engaging workshops by our professional business coaches, to destination spotlights, to highly engaging exhibitor networking, this show has you covered.”
