Silversea Cruises is offering travel advisors the chance to earn bonus commission for new bookings made before the end of February.

Silversea is giving travel advisors $200 ($255 CAD) for every booking made before the end of the year, for sailings departing on or after July 1, 2021 through Dec. 31, 2021. The commission will be paid between 30 and 45 days after a booking with a deposit is made. The full offer can be found here.

"Our travel partners are extremely important to Silversea, playing a key role for us and our guests. We are therefore delighted to offer this added benefit to express our appreciation for their hard work, and make it even more rewarding to partner with us—especially during these challenging times," Roberto Martinoli, Silversea's president and CEO, said in a statement announcing the news.

"The bonus commission is a great way for travel professionals to earn extra income during these difficult days, and know that they will be giving their luxury clients an incomparable vacation, filled with authentic experiences."

Silversea also recently announced that for all of its new 2022 and 2023 sailings, it will offer at least one complimentary shore excursion and include roundtrip air in the fare, meaning a higher overall commission for advisors.

Currently, the cruise line has suspended sailings through April 1 as it continues to work toward the CDC’s guidelines for a healthy return to cruising.
